We at Back Country Safari Tours of the Outer Banks value the health and safety of every single guest.
Our team has always been the leader in customer service. From telephone reservations to “tires-on-the-beach,” our professionals strive to make your family’s excursion with us a world class adventure: Every. Single. Tour.
TripAdvisor reviews, and our perennial top ranking by their patrons are an enormous source of pride for our crew. In keeping with the practices expected from an industry leader, we have established safety protocols to ensure that every guest has an intriguing and pleasurable, worry-free beach cruise.
Back Country Safari Tours is taking the following preventative measures to ensure the maximum amount of safety for every guest:
* All hard surfaces on each vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each tour.
* For tours during which our vehicles will carry multiple groups, we will not book the vehicle to full capacity. This will allow for more distance between guests than our standard operating procedures.
* For groups of more than eight people, we will allow full capacity booking, if you are all one family/group.
Things that you can do to protect yourselves and others when touring with us:
*Please wear your protective mask. If you do not have one, we will provide a complementary mask per the CDC requirements.
*Full payment is due when you make your reservation.
This is a new policy for us. In the past, we have welcomed multiple payments from large groups. However, for the safety of our office staff, all payments must be handled either via telephone reservation, or online booking. You will still be entitled to a full refund if the tour is cancelled because of weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, OR if you decide to cancel up to forty-eight hours before your scheduled tour time. If you MUST pay with cash upon arrival, you must do so in one payment.
Finally, we look forward to welcoming everyone back, and having another exciting, and safe season with the Wild Spanish Mustangs of Corolla!
Cheers! And thanks again,
-Scott & the Safari Crew!
